One page about one number, because getting the start date wrong is the single most expensive mistake available on this website.
Which day the Horse Boost clock starts, and why it matters
There are only two candidates and they are not equivalent. A window counted from the date of purchase starts the moment the payment goes through. A window counted from delivery starts several days later, when the box lands.
Because purchase always precedes delivery, purchase-plus-sixty is always the earlier date. That makes it the shorter window, the conservative reading, and the only one worth planning around: a buyer who assumes the later date and is wrong discovers it on the day he tries to claim, which is the worst possible moment to find out.
So this desk states it one way everywhere: 60 days from the date of purchase. If the seller's own page happens to print a longer window at the moment of purchase, that longer window is what the seller is offering and it is not this desk's job to shorten it. What this desk will not do is compute a deadline from a shipping date.
| Worked example | Date |
|---|---|
| Payment goes through | 1 March |
| Parcel dispatched | 3 March |
| Parcel delivered | 8 March |
| Sixty days from purchase: the deadline | 30 April |
| Sixty days from delivery: not a date this website uses | 7 May |
Eight days between the two in this example. On a slower delivery it is more.
What the Horse Boost guarantee covers
Inside the window
- Opened bottles. This is the part that makes the window mean anything, because a guarantee limited to sealed product is a returns policy under another name.
- A change of mind, with no reason required.
- Any of the three orders, on the same terms.
- The product price. That is what is refunded.
Not covered, or worth asking about
- Return postage, which the buyer pays.
- The original $9.99 shipping charge on a two-bottle order, unless the desk says otherwise when you call.
- A parcel posted without a name, an email address and an order number in it.
- A claim made after day sixty. The date is the date.
The guarantee is a purchase policy and not a medical promise. It says the money can come back; it does not say anything about how anyone will feel, and nothing on this website presents it as evidence that the product works.

The refund goes back the way the payment came, to the card used at the seller's checkout. This desk never sees that card and cannot look it up, which is why the order number does all the work in the procedure above.
If the card has since been replaced or cancelled, say so on the call rather than after posting the parcel. It is a solvable problem and it is a good deal easier to solve before the bottles are in the post.
Claiming on the Horse Boost guarantee, in four steps
Find the confirmation email
Purchase date and order number, both in one place. If it has gone, the order desk can find the order from the name and email the purchase was made with.
Call the order desk
+1 (302) 200-3480. That line handles tracking, changes and refunds. The website mailbox cannot start a refund and cannot see an order.
Post the bottles back, tracked
1585 Broadway, Floor 19, New York, NY 10036, USA. Include your full name, the order email address and the order number. Keep the tracking receipt.
Wait twice
Three to five business days after the return is credited, then a further five to ten days for the card statement to show it.
- Calling before day sixty rather than posting on day fifty-nine and hoping.
- Writing the order number on a note inside the box as well as saying it on the phone.
- Using a tracked service, so a parcel that goes missing is a claim you can evidence.
What the Horse Boost guarantee is not
It is not a statement about efficacy. A sixty-day money-back window is a commercial decision: most people who are going to ask have asked inside thirty days, and a longer window converts more orders than it costs in refunds. That is a reasonable trade for both sides and it is not evidence of anything about the blend.
It is also not an insurance policy against the product being unsuitable. The printed warning names pregnancy, nursing, existing medicines and any medical condition, and a refund does not undo a fortnight of taking something that should have been cleared with a prescriber first. The reading order is: side effects, then the order.
